Description of Service
SMPL Note is a note-taking application that allows you to create, edit, organize, and sync notes across multiple devices. The service includes web, desktop, and mobile applications.
User Accounts
To use certain features of SMPL Note, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the service
- Interfere with other users' use of the service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service to store or distribute harmful content

Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all notes and content you create. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content to provide the service.
Our Content: The SMPL Note application, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Limitation of Liability
SMPL Note is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
